Cognac Fountain - The Majestic Spigot

The Grand Cognac Fountain. Fun for all the family.

The recently renovated central Cognac Fountain remains the tallest structure in the HHDRS compound. As a tribute to the medicinal needs of Sir Harold Holt, who had a diagnosed grape product deficiency.

The launch of the new fountain in 2024 replaced the previous fountain after the unfortunate issue with the blocked spigot. The new fountain has removed the need for the adjacent burns unit which was decommissioned in June 2026.
